Caroline Black is the Founder and Director of CB Asset Resourcing Ltd.
Having spent the majority of her professional career in sales as an Asset Finance specialist, working for some of Europe’s largest commercial finance funders, Caroline has built a prominent reputation within the Business Finance industry. She has successfully established herself as a Commercial Finance recruitment expert, developing relationships based on trust, transparency and integrity.
After starting her career in the Business Finance sector at the age of 21 she developed a genuine passion for utilising the knowledge and experience she has gained, alongside the challenges she faced early on in her career, to uncover talent, understand people and recognise employers’ needs. She is known for her ability to seamlessly connect these vital elements, to develop true partnerships, which help to build new careers and shape future leaders.
Her most important role is inspiring her two young boys to follow their dreams with courage, to achieve their full potential. When she’s not working you will find her at the side of a football pitch, or ducking Nerf bullets often with a glass of wine in hand (which is a truly skilled art form!).
